Meet The Owners
Amy and Loren Beadle are long time Kiawah Island residents. They also live part-time in the Chicago, Illinois area. In 2004, after 23 years in the retail consulting world, they retired from corporate life, and opened their first store, SeaCoast Sports and Outfitters. They now have eight retail shops and restaurants in South Carolina and Illinois, are proudly locally owned and operated, and try to feature local and regional products whenever possible. When not on the islands, Amy and Loren still spend time in Chicago, helping to run their businesses in Naperville, visiting their family, supporting a large charter school network in the inner-city, and enjoying the vast and amazing Chicago restaurant scene. They also enjoy and collect wine, and spend 2-3 weeks each year in wine regions all over the world.

Our Wines
Our wines are hand selected from the best wines in the world. Our team personally tastes each and every wine before it becomes part of our assortment! We are huge proponents of “terroir”, the idea that great wines are made in locations where the varietal, the soil, the topography, and the climate all come together to produce the greatest fruit.
Our Retail
All of our retail items have been moved to our Kiawah Wines store,
also located in Freshfields Village, less than a block away!
